Our story
Kestrel & Vale began in 2007 when two local advisors left a high-street chain that measured success in call quotas. We kept the neighbourhood knowledge and threw out the pressure.
Today we're a small, deliberate team — we take on fewer clients so each one gets a senior advisor, not a trainee reading a script. The vale is where you settle; the kestrel is the vantage point we give you before you do.

No. Our standard sales and lettings commissions are only due on completion. Advisory work is quoted plainly before we start, with no retainer.
We focus on Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, York and Belfast, with relocation support for moves into any of them. For elsewhere we'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
Algorithms can't see a renovated kitchen, a noisy junction or a motivated neighbour. Our valuations combine recent comparable sales with a physical walk-through and local demand — and we'd rather lose the instruction than mislead you on price.
